Current weather forecast for tomorrow evening is cloudy but dry and a chilly 5 degrees. Rain is predicted earlier in the day so the track may be a little damp in places. Please do ensure you bring appropriate kit as the weather can change and temps drop very quickly in the evenings. The planned session for this week is:
Monday 27th November – 7.30pm / Tonbridge School Athletics Track TN10 3AD – Roger!: All Out – 1 Mile Time Trial. Followed by 200m relay in 3’s for the remainder of the session. (Coaches: Sonja & Mike)
Monday evening track sessions must be paid for, ideally in advance, to the club bank account via online transfer. Costs are £2 per session for Tunbridge Wells Harriers members, £3 for non-members. Please use your name as reference. If you have forgotten to pay for any previous sessions, then please do a bulk payment.
We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell in any way that you do not attend the coached sessions.
