Early Autobob catches the worm, although he needed reprogramming due to 3 tourists who know who they are broke the system by venturing so far afield. Quite shameful for Autobob given he deals with the Japanese language professionally.
Bumper crop of results of course from Dunloran this week with our takeover of the parkrun. 77 runners and some 25 helpers this week.
7 first timers, 8 PBs and 3 初参加 (hatsu sanka, first time!)
By far the biggest harrier turnout we’ve had this year with 50 participants at Dunorlan, great to see so many runners, helpers and baked goods
A great 80% logged by Tomas Vnucak who has forgotten to update his parkrun since he left for Paddock Wood a number of years ago now (will forgive as he’s such a nice guy). Ali F as usual and some 75+ performances from Steve Bolton and Stewart Mcilwham overseas
Still a few new parkruns this week despite the end of the holidays – 名城公園 (Negoya, Aichi prefecture), Gloucester North, Woolacombe Dunes and Newbiggin-by-the-Sea (Northumberland prefecture)
