Over the border here, the Saturday morning Ashdown Forest run is alive and kicking.
7.30am from Kingstanding car park covering 6-10 miles.
However there has been interest in an alternative Saturday forest run at a slower 10 minute mile pace, covering 5-6 miles. So there will be a run on the last Saturday of the month, starting at 9.00a.m. from Kingstanding.
If you need to know where this car park is, please come and find me on Wednesday club nights. The first run will be in 2 weeks time on Saturday 26th May ( Bank holiday weekend), and continue throughout the year if interest is shown. There will be a different route each month, all off road. Head to the Running Hub in Southborough for those essential trail shoes.
