Afternoon fellow harriers
Six harriers ventured down to the beautiful south coast to take part in either the mile or both the mile and 5km!
The mile was won in a blink of an eye by the reigning champion Sebastian Cirillo in 4.35
First female was Jenny Brown in 5.37 both Eastbourne Rovers AC
Harriers results as follows;
Tom Woolley – 5.05
Nicola Morris – 6.23
Hayley Larkin – 6.24
Sonja King – 7.02
Ian Bracken – 9.24
Robert Lawrence – 10.11
The mile had a gentile tail wind but it’s definitely uphill!
The 5km was a random out, back, out the other way and back again to the start finish, avoiding 400 or so geriatrics waiting for 10pm fireworks at 7pm!
Marcin Gawel (Unattached) won in 17.46, first female was Abi Andreev (Crawley AC) in 20.52

The girls went home with 5 bottles of wine between them for age group and team titles!
