Evening Harriers,
A very brief race report from Milton Keynes on Bank Holiday Monday…
In short, it was hot, really really hot! I think temperatures topped out around 27C, which easily made it the hardest road race I’ve ever done.
It’s a really nice course and I’d recommend it to anyone on a cooler day.
Unfortunately, Gemma and Peter really suffered in the heat and made the sensible decision to pull out at around 14 and 17 miles respectively. Glad they’re both ok now.
