Congratulations to Ali Farrall who today ran The Hastings 5 in a new Club F50 record of 34 mins 23 seconds knocking some 29 seconds off her own record.
She was followed home by Rose Sawyer who also ran a PB.
No jibes about a short course. The race holds a certificate of course accuracy
