Many thanks to all of you who came along last night, it was great to see a large turn out (I suspect this may be down to the free pizza).
Please find attached a copy of the slides I showed and if you would like any more information on road racing then please let me know. Also remember the club coaches are more than happy to discuss training and can easily be found at the Monday or Tuesday speed sessions.
Lastly if you can register for Canterbury (whilst you are there maybe also Dartford, Ted Pepper and High Elms). As mentioned last night we need to balance the Tunbridge Wells team against volunteering. Therefore we need to make sure we have a good team and all who wish to run should but I wont be doing my usual drive to try and persuade people.
