This week we have a presentation from Adam Dennis on his Marathon des Sables adventure after our run.
What better way to forget the doom and gloom (not ignoring mud and rain) of a northern winter and dream of warm weather and soft sand, albeit with a bit of running involved.
So we can be seated and ready by 9pm, we are doing a 50 minute Bottle Run from the club rooms.
With Adam as this week’s virtual Routemaster 
, fasten your seat belts and let’s go ……we all set off together and head down Warwick Park and then run as far up London Road/St John’s Road in a Tonbridge direction as we can go but must be back at the Nevill within the 50 minute time limit. The winner is the runner who goes the furthest, putting down their virtual bottle in the sand, but is back within the time limit.

Current forecast for Wednesday is for a mostly dry and not so mild 6C.
Tea Total Trevor is hosting us in the bar afterwards, still selling the finest beer (Harveys), wine and soft drinks in the immediate vicinity, at special prices
7:30 prompt start from the Nevill – change rooms, showers and bar all open – it’s time to commit !
