Oh dear, Autobob is a day late again. His only excuse is doing a silly ride on Sunday followed by a very long meetup with the many volunteers of the TW Fringe!

15 first timers and 5 PBs, the first timers clearly reflecting the August holidays as we had a whole bunch of new parkruns – Seaford Beach, South Norwood, Knowsley, Victoria (Glasgow), Oosterhout,
Notable performances from Ali F and Dave Weston continuing to drill down that Tonbridge time (almost sub 17 now), as well as fastest times from Joshua Pratt and David Nethercote in the 26 races I have for them (how people do it almost every week I’ll never know)
